4. No Search-Ranking Guarantee
SiteBuilders AZ may provide website optimization, local search-engine optimization, Google Business Profile assistance, and related recommendations. We do not guarantee first-page rankings, a specific Google position, website traffic, lead volume, sales, revenue, or approval or reinstatement of a Google Business Profile.
Search rankings and third-party platform decisions depend on factors outside our control.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and legally authorized business information, written content, logos, photographs, videos, product information, testimonials, licenses, login credentials, and required legal disclosures.
The client represents that it owns or has permission to use all materials supplied to SiteBuilders AZ.
6. Intellectual Property
SiteBuilders AZ retains ownership of its preexisting materials, internal tools, processes, reusable code, design systems, templates, and know-how. Ownership or licensing of project-specific deliverables will be governed by the applicable written service agreement.
Third-party assets, fonts, plugins, software, themes, stock media, and services remain subject to their respective licenses.
